Customer Service/IT Support

Shared Computing Services (SCS) has restructured its customer service IT support.

The SCS IT support staff has individual cell phone numbers to call directly to request IT support. Please see chart below for your area's IT support staff.

Administration (Canfield, 501 Building), Bookstore, EHS, Parking Services, NCard Office, all Verifone issues)

Your area will be notified if your IT support staff is going to be out of the office, on vacation or otherwise unavailable for an extended period of time. Please contact one of the other IT support staff listed for service.

  1. Please call the University Operator at 472-1198
  2. To expedite service:
    • Use the following script,
      This is _____(name)____________ calling from ___(department)____________.  I need to contact Shared Computing Service for _____(emergency)__________________ please use the Business & Finance contact list or Athletic contact list.
    • Or provide
      • Name
      • Department
      • Request the SCS Business & Finance or SCS Athletic call list
      • Provide nature of the call
